My 2001 S-type jag is old, but still beautiful. It recently stopped running properly, and it took a while to figure out the problem(s), but now it runs like it's brand new! I'm very pleased!

So I took my car in for an oil change after a great recommendation from a co-worker. I have a BMW and so I’m really careful as to where I take my car for any services 😃, needless to say I have always taken my car to the dealership for any work. Anyway after my oil change, the guy that worked on my car I believe his name was PRAVIN asked me if I have noticed any unusual sounds in my car when I drive, The rest is HISTORY! My car drives like new now! Such professionalism and knowledge this place has ! I’m a satisfied and life long customer for sure!

I had a delightful experience with Eurocare Import Car Repair this morning. I bought a car battery from them less than two years ago. For unknown reason, the battery stopped performing so I took the "dead" battery to the shop, hoping they would be able to do something about it. Specifically, I wanted to thank Phillip Knotts for his excellent customer service. He understood that I needed to use the car as early as possible so he was kind enough to offer me a new battery, free of charge, instead of keeping me wait for a couple of hours to get the old one fully charged for a fee.

So glad we were able to turn around your battery for you in a timely manner, Mike. Thank you so much for the kind words and we look forward to serving you in the future for all of your automotive needs.
